4:30 a.m.
Recently I can wake up around 4:30 a.m. in the early morning usually.

Because David & I started to sleep around 7-8 p.m. at night, so my body can wake up early.


David can sleep more than me and he keep sleeping beside of me until the alarm of clock call him up.

But I cannot sleep so long so I stated to check my e-mail messages before he wake up.

So I don't need to disturb David's morning time before he goes to work.


David worries about me, so he always says to me, "Sleep back again after I go to work."

I tired to sleep back again before but I couldn't start to sleep again at all.

My body seemed to say to me, "I had enough sleep at night and I don't need to sleep anymore!"


I usually start to do some errands at house after David went to work in the morning.

But in Seattle, it is very dark outside around 8-9 a.m. in the morning.

I like the darkness & silence in the morning because I can feel the silent atmosphere in the dark morning.


So I can concentrate my YOGA practice & cooking by myself until the outside become blight.

Mostly the weather is cloudy or rainy in Seattle in winter season so just I am waiting for warm sunshine as much as possible.

But I know that MOTHER SUN will always shine above us even heavy clouds are covered with sky.


To keep my heart shine looks like a learning for me.

I try to focus on my each breath to keep myself peaceful status every day.

I can feel so much gratitude around me because I am so blessed by everything...so I want to say my gratitude everything around me.


To feel my gratitude and content with present myself can let me feel so happy and satisfied with my daily life so much.

Just I want to cherish my lovely days with DAVID every single day and I want to make our happy days layers until the end of this year.

Already about a half of January in 2016 will pass soon...time goes so quickly that I want to have a day carefully to enjoy it together with smile & love always.
