I cooked "Quinoa" salad for dinner last night.
Quinoa is very healthy grains and it is very easy to cook.
David really liked the taste of Quinoa salad last night, so he asked me to cook it today again.
Of course, I can cook it again but I wanted to change the ingredients a little.
To boil Quinoa with water and I added a pinch of last with it.
And until the hot water will disappear, I boiled them softly.
I chopped organic celery, zucchini, tomato, mushroom and baked onion with Quinoa.
And I seasoned it with organic soy source, valsamic vinegar and lime juice.
I added dried WAKAME (seaweed) to the Quinoa salad to change the ingerdients today.
He really likes to eat salad very much so I try to arrange the taste day by day.
Even in winter season, he wants to eat organic salad every day.
In winter season, it is not good to eat cold & row food because it makes our bodies cool.
So I usually cook warm dishes as much as possible plus his favorite salad for David.
