David bought me a bag of organic brown rice cakes(ponsen in Japanese) before.
And today I made sweet tofu cream with it.
Tofu cream is very easy to cook and the recipe is very simple.
Boiled tofu, brown rice cake, white miso, fresh lemon juice & agave syrup mix together.
It can become very creamy & sweet cream and it is very delicious.
In Macrobiotic cooking, this tofu cream is used instead of whip cream.
And also I made oatmeal cookies with lemon peels and I served David the cookie with tofu cream.
David tasted it for the first time and he really like it.
After his dinner, this tofu cream was a delicious dessert for him.
I remember this recipe in my head and just I made it spontaneously today.
His smile was telling me that this soy cream with cookie was his favorite taste.
So I want to cook it for another taste again...
In Seattle, many organic foods can be available and I really like to cook for David every day.
And his smile can make me happy a lot.
