Jet lag
After my flight from Narita to Seattle on 2nd Dec, my body needed to get used to Seattle time.

This time jet lag was not so heavy that my body felt so sleepy after sleeping at night.


And day by day, my body got used to Seattle time and today I can feel better than before.

The flight from Seattle to Narita, jet lag happened to me so heavily less than oposite flight.


To get the hormone “melatonin”to control the time inside of body is easy not to get jet lag after long flight.

But in Japan the hormone is not permitted to buy so I need to recover from jet lag by myself.


Just a little bit, I felt dull and sleepy by jet lag and I had no headche at this time.

So just I neet to take a rest enough as much as possibe.


I wonder how many people can adjust to recober from jet lag in this world.

And each person can find the way of recovery from it.


This time of my flight ,I used Korean airline and it was cheaper than dlrect flight somehow.

I ordered vegetarian oriental meal for flight meals but 2 times I got exactly same meals twice for lucnh & dinner.


I was so dissapointed that the same meals for my flights again and I didn't want to eat them at all twice.

I had to request for my meals not to eat same meals in ecah flight in advance.


Anyway today I can watch sunshine finally and it is very rare weather in winter at Seattle.

Today is Sunday and the atmosphere is very clam down in silence usually.


Tomorrow is Monday and it is David's holiday!

I am so looking forward to being with him again.


And I cooked dinner for him to share with me and I am looking forward to his coming home soon...

Tomorrow, I want to be better body condition than before after remove my jet lag completey if possib to enjoy David's hoiday together!
