Better day! (より良い日)
Every day I wake up for gratitude to start NEW DAY today.

Because it is not taken for granted at all to start in peace without any accident.

Many possiblities have aroud us, for expamle, huge earthquake, big volcano's eruption or car accident.


But also today, I can start a new day as a normal in peace of myself.

It maybe seem to feel miracle.


So I woke up and started to do my routine YOGA & Meditation as my usual habit.

it let me start my day for better way and possitive thinking always.


Yesterday I got a litle sick by jet lag, a little fever, headache, throat pain and having a runny nose.

But today it got better than yesaterday , for sure.

Maybe I caught a cold little but I don't want to think so.


Just my body needs to take a rest enough to recover myself more.

And I tried to let myself take easy & relax as much as possible to recover soon.


Deep sleeping & less eating were very useful to healy by myself.

Because each body has a ablity to heal body somehow to use whole internal function & system.

I can trust my strength of body & mind and I just try to let my body heal naturally & gradually.


Obviously I can feel light than yesterday and I knwo my body tries to recover of my usual condition.

How wonderful my body works well.

To breath deeply each exhalation & inhalation is very happy for me.


And it is cloudy today but my heart can feel shiny day with clear blue sky.

Every weather exists just it is and I have any complains about it at all.

I am always letting my mind go as clouds flow, so I cannot feel any stress due to the change of weather.


Just I can start a new day for wonderful gratitude of everything aorund me.

We are blessed by GOD today, and just I want to have a nice day as my best.


How is your new 1st day in October??

Only 3 months we have in this year.

So shall we have a better day with smile & love as much as possible??
