Benefit of fasting (ファスティングの効用)
Not eat in the morning is very good for everyone.

In the morning, our body is going to excrete from our body not the time to take in foods...


So keep your stomach emply in the morning, it is beneficial for your internal organ not to diturb excretion.

But you need to drink water without caffein as your body needs.

Especially to drink lukewarm water with organic lemon juice is very good for your body.

Citrus fruits's liquid let your boty alkalyze and it will let you refesh up in the morning.


I like this organic fresh lemon lukewarm water for drinking in the morning.

And this is used for some DETOX program in this world, I know and expreienced it before.


After morgning, liquid time let your body concentrate excrete more than eating breakfast.

And I want to recommend for lunch , organic & fressh fruits if you want to eat.


Or if you feel so much hungy, you can eat some Onigiri (organic bronw rice ball with brack grinded sesami seeds) by chewing a lot.

Usually I don't feel any apetite in the morning & lunch time, so I drinkk herbal tea or a piece of some fruits sometimes.


And then your dinner time will come, before sunset is recommend time to eat dinner.

So wineter time, sunset is earlier than other season, so dinner time will be early but it is good for you.


At dinner time , please start to eat fresh salad withou oil seasoning.

And you finished eating fresh organic green salad with your favorite & seasonal vegetable in row, please try to have a vegetable soup.


Then your main meal and to eat grains later.

This order to eat is the better way to care for digestion system.


Also chewing by each one bite for 30 times more, I want to recommed to facilitate for your good absorbing.

Everyone seemes to eat in hurry one bite by one bite, so please try to put one your chopsticks or fork or spoon during one chewing.


About 30 minutes, you need to take time to eat dinner.

And after your body feels enough in your stomach about 70 % to remain your stomach's space insiide, please stop eating.

You may feel to eat more but it is good timing to finiish eating before feel to eating so much full of your stomach.


Body needs to keep empty space about 30% to digest effectively after meal.

Many people tend to eat so much more than your stomach feel.


Your body can feel enough satisfaction not to eat so much little by little.

And please clean up your dishes and try to have a relax time after brushing your teeth.

To keep away from any foods after meal is very important to let your body know the end of time for eating.


About 3-4 hours before sleeping is the best finishing time of dinner, it is my recommendatiion.

And you can sleep well after your body finish digesting dinner enough so well.


You can enjoy 1 meal a day usually as I do.

To get ready for 1 meal is very easy and simlpe for me.

And I care for cooking for only 1 meal to cook organiic foods as body needs to eat today.


I am very thankful for internal organs to work for me every single day without holidays.

And sometimes I let my internal organs take a rest enough 1 day DETOX for drinking only liquid juice sometimes in a month.


It helps me a lot to keep my body & mind fresh and sharp A LOT!

And I can feel so much energy with less eating and habit of Detox.

It is very benefitial tool to keep myself away from docter, hospitals and medicines always...


Foods can heal you and guide your proper status liike medicine every day.

So I want everone to cherish your meals today if you can, it helps you a lot later...
