Extra holiday
If you don't feel enough enrgy to work today with fatigue and less energy, how do you do that day??

Are you still going to keep working with hide your fatigue??

Or are you taking a holiday to take a rest enough to recover yourself from all fatigue???


Serious and most people tend to work with patient and effort somehow.

But I don't think it is not good idea.


You worth to love yourself more than other's need or expectation to work hard.

To take a rest enough to work againn is better choice , I believe.


You are not living for working , work may need to make your life to establish for proper way.

But sometimes you need to cherish yourself more than work.


To feel your body & mind how you want actually & turly is very important thing every day.

To be consious of your heart is very precious.


And if you feel any fatigue to work today, I recommend to take 1 more holiday for yourself as a emergency.

It's not be a lazy but to be yourself just 1 extra holiday, you worth to do that.


Only choice let you allow at anytime in front of you.

I hope you don't ignore your TRUE derise and hope.


And to take a extra holiday does not mean "escape" from work at all.

To be yourself by taking a enough time to recover from fatigue is fundation to live your life.

And to love your natural voice from your mind & body is sending some messages every single moment.


So just listen to it carefully ,please.

Because the voice is very minute & faint sense , so everyone needs to be careful to catch it !


I recommend it by ovserbation about your breath by YOGA or DETOX to notice it.

It is easy to find it naturally and clearly.



I hope you can feel enough energy without any fatigue today after waking up today.

And I wish you will have a great day today with smile & love as much as possilbe!
