Wellness
To keep our body & mind healthy state is not so difficult with small efforts every day, I guess...

But everyone is getting older day by day ,so some function of body inside & outside is changing little by little.


And suddenly some disease may discover and many people will be surprised at it & confuse to accept the situation.

Now I am fine and I don't feel to be any disease in the future with YOGA & organic foods every day.


To be conscious of body's voice & listen to it carefully, I can feel comfortable with both body & mind naturally.

To follow the natural body's needs is the best way what to do & how to eat today.


And I want everyone to recommend not to be anchored your mind in keeping your routine or regular doing...exercise or foods etc.

To maintain doing something & eating as usual may be easy without any efforts & extra energy to change it.


But our body & mind want to change something new as today's sense has, I feel.

Day by day, you will consume & absorb something new (foods or energy of people etc.) and you are sure of changing at minute level.


Maybe it is too minute to realize how you are changing today.

But it is sure of your changing , your cells keeps making new cells at every seconds.


So if you can't feel comfortable to absorb foods or energy of yourself & others, it can influence you a lot.

The choice can leave us always to take in something or not.


So if you can't feel comfortable something, please keep away from it as soon as possible.

Our energy of self need to use for positive way as you hope, I believe...

And all of your energy & love had better to use proper way to cherish your life as possible.


Everyone wants non-disease life ,I guess...

So many stress will influence you in this society every day.


That's why, I want to be careful to take in something new to my body & mind at any time.

And I try to keep my heart happy & grateful as possible with DAVID's love...


To wake up with his love & to sleep with his love make me so happy.

Just I appreciate with DAVID & his great love every day...
