Garlic's day??
David told me."19 of April is international GARLIC DAY today!" by news and I don't know it at all.

In Japan, on 29th of February is Garlic day because the pronunciation of the date sounds garlic in Japanese.


Anyway, I am not sure for what this"Garlic Day" decided as a common but David & I really love garlic.

Garlic has so much power to detox our body and to energize our whole body so we eat some petals of garlic every day.


Last week, I found a bud of organic garlic which I bought it at a supermarket.

So I peeled the skin of garlic and I planted it in a container to make it grow up.

Day by day, the bud of garlic is growing so much that the speed of growth is so fast.


I am not sure how to grow up garlic but I want to watch and protect this proceed of growth every day.

And especially, today is called international GARLIC DAY so we will enjoy eating it as usual.


Garlic has a nice flavor and I really like to use of my cooking to make our healthy vegetarian meals every day.

Also I like to eat an organic garlic after I bake it in a oven as a simple style of cooking.

The simple taste of garlic is like a potato and the I really love the taste, so does David.


And raw garlic is good for my cooking to make some meals seasoning for Mexican taste and strong flavor.

Raw garlic has so much power for our body more than cooked by fire but the energy is so strong that I use raw garlic not so often for my cooking.


Also when David was a sick last week, I tried to let him eat organic more than usual to recover his body condition as soon as possible.

He became much better than before and I felt so much energy of garlic and other organic foods to recover his body so soon.
