Care for body
From yesterday, David looked having a cold but today he became much better than before.

During his working, someone had a terrible cold and he passed it to David at his working place unfortunately.


But we don't use any medicine to recover cold after our marriage.

I know how to recover from cold without eating foods like wild animals but he wants to eat something during cold.

Because he needs to work and he needs to eat something to get some energy of foods.


So I made his meals to make his body condition get better with organic foods.

To eat onions, broccoli, garlic, ginger, Japanese radish ("DAIKON" in Japanese) carrot can make him recover as medicine foods.

Also I used arrowroot powder ("KUZUKO" in Japanese) to cook for his soup because it is very effective for his colons.


If I caught a cold, I wouldn't eat any foods to make my internal organs recover.

Because internal organs' fatigue could catch a cold easily so my body needs to take a rest enough without using energy to digest any foods.

So the best way to recover from cold is fasting, not to get any medicine.


I hope that my healing meals can make his body recover day by day.

And I am so sorry for David that he cannot take a holiday even he has a cold today.

Anyway, he has no fever and his body condition is getting better and better day by day, I hope...


In a turn of change of season, some people catch a cold and it is a sing for body's need to DETOX by having a cold.

So without taking a medicine, our body can recover by itself as body's need to take a rest for whole internal organs.
