Peaceful rain!
Today it looks raining all day long from this morning.

So I started to my YOGA and meditation as usual and the sound of rain made me so peaceful in my mind naturally


In Seattle, rain is very often like rainy season every June in Japan.

So I don't mind this rainy day at all because all whether is just happening naturally.


Some people tend to complain about whether but all beings in this world follow all whether as it is.

But only human beings can complain about it, so I think that complaining about whether is very waste of time.

To gratitude for everything around us, including all whether, is my essential part of my life.


Do during my meditation time in this morning could make my mind in peace and calm so I really enjoy this sound of rain today.

Usually I eat 1 meal a day and it is very normal and comfortable for me now.


Most people eat 3 meals a day, but I think that 3 meals a day is too much for our internal organ to take a rest enough.

Too much eating foods every day can make most people get sick and disease easily so I want to recommend everyone not to eat too much foods every day.

Our body needs to take a rest enough not to eat too much,


I have many experiences of Detox and Fasting and I learned a lot how to eat and what to eat through my body better change.
How is your eating style??

Do you eat 3 meals a day or more??


To eating meals is very spiritual behavior for me because YOGA teaches me to treat our body like a shrine.

So eating foods means offering foods for our holy body every time.


Some people eat so fast with doing something and they don't concentrate to eat foods so much.

But for me, only 1 meals a day, eating foods is very precious and important part of my life.

So I am very careful how & what to eat for my body & mind because all foods can make whole my body & mind every single day.


Sometimes I try to DETOX by myself and it can bring me so great effect & influence that Detox became my habit.

Because both during & after DETOX, I can feel so much energy inside naturally that I can feel so much wonderful intuition and positive power anyway.


Anyway, next Full moon (12th of March) will come day by day...

I will do my DETOX on that day because of Full Moon and the nice period of change season to spring in this month, I can feel.
