Full moon day!
Today is the LAST full moon day of this year.

And it will be wonderful night when we can see it in the sky.


Last a few days, I was thinking a lot about my life and marriage life.

To much thinking is not good timing around FULL MOON period because many emotions can be influenced by Full moon, I know.


Just I tried to focus on every single day without too much thinking and too much judgement for everything.

So I just do my own routine of YOGA, meditation & organic vegetarian diet with a half day of Detox as usual as I do.


And it can support me a lot to keep my mind in peace.

Especially today is the last FULL MOON day in this year and next full moon will be in NEW YEAR soon.

So today is a little special for David & me, so we focus on what we really need to do today.


To focus what we really don't have now is not good idea because the way of thinking can not make us feel how grateful we have enough right now.

Most people tend to think what we want more or new because they tend to think the lack part of own life.


But when we have afford to check around us how we have enough today, we don't need to desire what we want to more & new anymore.

Today I have enough foods to eat, enough clothes to wear and enough space to sleep at night....so I have no worries about my life anymore.


I know how to keep my mind in peace by YOGA, meditation and organic diet with Detox every single day.

So I have no doubt about our marriage life's future without doubt.


To love myself and cherish our love each day can make our life be better with pure & clear heart.

Just focus on what we really need to do today can bring us for better way by this universe's flow naturally, I can feel.


So just I am doing my best today, too.

And I will cook our dinner as a final FULL MOON feast of 2016 to please DAVID's body and mind after his work.

I wish that everyone can enjoy the final FULL MOON tonight as you are at your place in this world anyway...^^
