To be honest to myself!
Yesterday, I was not be honest to myself.

Because I wanted David to feel happy as his favorite food which I keep away from usually.


I wanted DAVID to feel better than before to enjoy his own favorite foods.

But to cherish his favorite things couldn't make me happy in the end.


To satisfy DAVID doesn't mean to satisfy myself at all.

To make him happy needs to make myself happy, too...I learned it truly & deeply yesterday.


He looked happy to have his favorite foods but I couldn't enjoy it from the bottom of my heart completely.

To adjust his favorite foods can make me feel guilty to myself & regret in the end.


David always adjust myself and he tries to eat as my favorite way and sometimes I need to adjust his favorite way.

Yesterday I tried to adjust it but it didn't make me happy after I prefer to make his favorite way as first priority.


Anyway we need to love myself at first to feel satisfaction and then we can make someone's happy later.

To ignore myself cannot make anyone happy, I learned a lot from yesterday's happening to us.


I asked to DAVID how you felt after he had his favorite foods last night.

He enjoyed it at the time but he doesn't need to do again so often anymore...and I am so pleased to know that.

To let myself feel good is the most important thing to let myself happy.


To make self push away to make someone happy is not the best way to live.

The burden of being unreasonable way of thinking can make myself down & regret always.


I learned a lot yesterday to make TODAY happier than yesterday!!^^

And I believe that everyday is getting better and better day by day as we hope!


To be honest to myself is living as my heart goes on...and I cherish my true heart as much as possible.

And I want to let DAVID be happier today more than yesterday as he wants & needs as he is.

"To be YOURSELF as you are" is the best thing to cherish myself & to respect my existence.
