Change
Until last month, David's working time is from early morning to the evening.

He woke up around 5-5:30 together and we slept around 8:00 every day.

And to wake up early & to sleep early were very good for us.


But his working position changed from this February and from today his working time became from noon to late at night.

We had a nice time in this morning before he went to work because we sit to meditate for a while with calm & peaceful condition each other.


I am doing YOGA every day and David is praying by himself these days but we couldn't have enough time to meditate so much.

In this morning, on NEW MOON day, I suggested him to sit together again to focus on each breath silently & peacefully.


He seemed not to feel comfortable at the begging of the meditation time but soon he became stable & calm.

After our meditation time, his eyes became shining with confidence & peace and I was so happy to watch before his working.


His new position of working became so tough & hard much more than before and always he feels much pressure & stress about it.

During his holidays in last weekends, I tried him to let his stress & frustration release anyhow but I couldn't.

Because his mind is caught with new working all the time and he is very serious character and he felt so much responsibility to do well at new position.


I know he has great talent & ability to success of his new working and I believe in his success without doubt.

Just keep doing his best will bring his great result sooner or later, but at the beginning he overwhelmed to feel so much pressure.


So to start with meditation time to focus on each breath can bring us very nice influence & effect to our mind & heart silently, for sure!

And David wants to keep doing this habit of meditation from today, so we will keep to meditate by our own pace together.

I am very happy to hear of his suggestion and the meditation time will work for our heart in peace & stable.


David's working is not only for income to live but also for his challenge to make use of his talent & ability.

Work is just only tool to get some income to live but it is not everything for us at all.


To challenge a new position will polish his higher self & holy spirit to let him bring better way & proper situation as he wants.

I don't want him to work only for money but also his spiritual experience in his life.

To enjoy his own life is the most important and his work is just a tool for his pleasure & fun.


I will do my best for him to support at home and I cook for his meals & give some massage for him every single day.

To support him is my pleasure and it is my task for a while.


At the same time, to train my cooking skill is my lesson every day.

To create my new menus with my idea & to make my cooking skill up are my pleasure and I love to do for him now.

Also I have to study driver's guide book to get my drivers' license in the Washington state in the U.S.A...(I have Japanese drivers' license but I need to get another one here again!!)


Anyway healthy organic meals & support his mental part are my pleasure and mission now and I can enjoy it by my creative mind & intuition at every single moment.

So I pray for his coming back to home safely every night and I wish he can work with lovely smile as much as possible!

Just doing each best is important for us to create our marriage life now...
