Today it is 4th of April and it means "W of 4" of the date.
Last night, I woke up because David's snoring in the middle of night.
He started to use "mouthpiece" for stop his snoring at night from last year not to disturb my silent night.
But last night, he suddenly started snoring again and I woke up because of his loud sound.
I cannot stand his noise of snoring before because I cannot sleep through all the night.
Last night, he pulled out his mouthpiece with unconsciousness somehow.
And his snoring made me wake up in the middle of night and I was so tired of his disturbing again.
I went to another room to sleep along to escape from his snoring after I woke up.
And then I could start to sleep again but David noticed that I was not in the same bed in the middle of night.
He said to me, " I am so sorry for my snoring. My mouthpiece was outside of my mouth, please come back to our bed." and his loud voice made me wake up again!!
I was so disappointed that I was woke up by his sound again...this is the 2nd time of disturbing at 1 night!!
I tried to keep sleeping along because I didn't want to move again to keep sleeping.
To be disturbed my silent sleeping time was very my frustration before.
And I woke up in the middle of night so many times that I asked him to solve his snoring again and again.
Finally he bought a nice mouthpiece to stop his snoring and I could sleep through the night again.
I don't snoring at all so he will never be disturbed his sleep at night.
But he is not snoring on purpose at all and my frustration cannot solve by his apology.
Anyway David did his best by using his mouthpiece so I need to keep myself in peace with his snoring from now on.
To use his mouthpiece can help his better sleep than not using it.
I wish that I can sleep all night long until I wake up in the morning today! ^^
David & I found organic colorful peppers at our favorite supermarket.
Red, orange and yellow peppers looked so delicious.
So we got it and I cooked one for maligned.
After I baked it in oven and I peeled its skin softly.
To pull out of all its seeds out and I cut the baked pepper kindly.
And then, I soaked it with balsamic vinegar & soy source for 1 night.
Already the baked pepper became soft & sweet and then the nice seasoning can make it more delicious.
I used it for mixed other vegetable with tofu mayonnaise together.
David really liked it and he said "this is fantastic!" again and again.
So I used it for my cooking as different mixture every day.
The organic pepper is very very big size and I can use it little by little.
Colorful pepper can make us cheerful and happy and we really like the taste together.
To eat with happy emotion and share with delicious seasonal organic vegetable can let us happy every day.
I am thankful for the Blessing to eat so well every single day...
I love the taste of coriander so much.
So does David.
Some people like coriander but the others hate it very much.
The smell and unusual fravor can make me enjoy the taste of Thai or Vietnam foods.
And I used it for ｆresh spring rolls (生春巻き) a few days ago.
David really enjoyed the taste and I was very happy to look his happy smile.
The other day, I used coriander for salad with read cabbage & sesami oil.
And the salad was very nice taste, too.
Coriander is also very nice for body and I like to mix my Detox juice with fruits.
The mix juice is very delicious and it help my body & mind purify a lot.

I really like it anyway...
David really likes avocado.
But I don't like it so much.
It tastes so creamy and I can it sometimes but not always.
But David liked avocado so I want to cook it for him.
Avocado is nice texture for creamy source.
I add fresh lemon juice a little , a pinch of salt and chopped onion to it and I mix them up.
This source is very good for dip or source for anything.
Sometimes I used it for rolling rice with seawead and row spring rolls inside.
The creamy texture is very nice combination for these rolls.
And David's smile became so shinny after eating them.
I am happy to look at his smile so I want to cook more for him.
Avocado change the color immediately after cut it so I need to cook it as soon as possible.
Or to use citrus fruit's juice to stop the changing color of Avocado.
David got nice organic Avocado again on his holiday.
But they are not riped yet to eat.
So now I am waiting for it now...
And I am wondering how I cook avocado after ripe for the next time to look at David's smile again.

David found a organic tempeh in our favorite store.
Tempeh originated 4000 years ago in Indonesia.
And still it is sonsumed daily by many Indonesians.
Tempeh contains high in protein and fiber , low in fat and has no cholesterol.
And it's a fair source of calcium and a good source of Vitamins-B, except B12, a nutrient available only from animal sources.
Tempeh's firm texture and it tastes like a meat.
I really like it but I can't expect to buy it here in Seattle.
But I could get it to cook.
Tempeh made from whole soybeans or a mixture of soybeans , grains and seeds.
And the soy is soaked , chopped, semi-cooked ,mixed with a mold culture, and then compressed on trays and left in a warm place to ferment for several hours.
So it looks like Japansese Natto, but tempeh has no smell.
Fermented food is very very healthy.
And this texture of tempeh can make use of cooking for many kinds of styles.
I used it for baked with soy source for a saute of temphe and it was really good.
And I used it for curry like a ground meat and it was really tasty and David really likes the tempeh's taste.
And it was not expensive and it was impressive to me.
In Seattle, lots of organic foods sell and I can cook them for David.
It is very lucky for me and organic foods make our body & mind healthy & smooth every day...
If you can get the tempeh , please try to cook as you like!
After coming back to Seattle, 3 weeks has passed already...
Time has passed so quickly that I can't believe the speed of time.
I like carrot so much.
And I can get 1 big bag of organic carrots for 10 pounds (about 4.54kg) at one time, it's very cheap.
So I use them before they get rotten in refrigerator.
I boiled some corrts with a little solt & water in the pan.
Naturally the organic carrot became very sweet and soft.
And I add a little sinnamon, peanuts butter and soy milk.
I mixed them together by blender.
The warm carrot's paste looks like a pumpkin and it is very sweet and tasty.
David says "Yammy yammy !! This is not a carrot but a pumpkin!!".
I put the carrot's paste in some small cups and I make it frozen in the freezer.
The frozen carrot become very tasty sherbet easily.
I really like the sherbet and I eat it every day.
Only carrot's sweetness make me satisfied so much.
And this sharbet is very healthy.
To eat this sherbet as I break it with a spoon little by little is very fun.
Maybe David doesn't like this carrot sharbet better than me but he enjoy this taste with me always.
And carrots comtains a plenty of vitamins and carotene inside and it makes my skin soft & smooth.
So my skin condition is very good due to carrot's nutriton.
I recommend to cook it if you want to.
It is very easy and good for health a lot!!!
I wanted to cook dounuts for long days.
Finally I found a recipe of vegan donuts yesterday.
So today, I tried to cook it for the first time.
The recipe doesn't use milk, egg and butter at all.
Instead of them, it use soy milk , vegetable oil and radish sugar.
I used Agave sryup instead of radish sugar.
And I have no dounuts shaped cutter, so I made them round shape.
I baked them oven for 10 minutes and it cooked somehow.
David told me " this dounuts are really good! "so his impression made me relieved.
For me , the dounuts were soft cookies but I made dounuts followed the recipe...
Today is holiday for memorial day to thank Americans who served in the military.
And most people relax at home and go to the cemetaries to horer the dead.
People usually will barbecue at home for dinner, it seems tradition.
David and I don't babecue but we relax at home each other so it's enough for us.
And today was a nice shiny day so we enjoyed walking together in the afternoon.
I am happy to have a nice time with David.
To walk with him and to have common foods together make me happy always!!
I appreciate with David every day...
I made a natural yeast from organic raisins 1 week ago after my arrival in Seattle.
Day by day, the raisin yeast made an alchole smell and it became natural yeast finally.
And I made the origin of bread with the yeast 3 days ago.
Today, I cooked a bread with it & some walnuts for David.
The bread was very tasty and David really liked it.
His smile makes me happy!
He likes hummus (chick brean's spread) to spread on the bread so we ate them together.
Just baked bread was really nice, and to eat together was very precious time for us.
Normal happenings and usual situations layered day by day and they will become our history of life...
So just a little things, I don't lose any happiness between us at all.

David bought me organice brown rice flour before.
And I used it to make a rice cake with organice olive oil, soy milk , agave syrup and carob powder.
(Carob powder is made from beans and it can use for cacao taste by Macrobiotics foods usually.)
Before I cut organic lemon peels and boild them sweet, and it became tatsty lemon peels.
So I added it to the rice cake and I baked it in the oven.
This rice cake's taste was so delicious for me and David likes it.
And it was made from all healthy ingredients so we don't feel our stomaches heavy at all after eating this.
Just after baked it , the warm cake was taste very good!!
Or I put it in the refregirator and the cold cake was taste good, too!!
This cake is very easy to cook and its taste was really nice.
So we need to be careful not to eat it so much...

I really like this song so much but I didn't know this title of it.
But today I found this title finally!
And this song made me soooooooooo happy and eneziedr me up very much.

I think many people are familiar with this rythm and pharse...
I really like row spring rolls of Vietnum style.
And I enjoyed eating it with my elder sisiter at my favorite restaurant in Shizuoka before coming back to Seattle.
David & I went to the same restaurant with her before and he became to like it so much.
And he misses the taste, I felt.
And last night , I cooked my original row spring rools for dinner.
I made a special source with pickled ume which my mom made & organic peanuts butter & soy source.
When I visited to Vietnum before, not only sweet chill source but also peanuts source was served for row spring rolls.
And my original source became a nice taste.
David really liked it!
Cooking for him is joyful time for me.
At parents's home , Mom always cook for any meals.
I am vegetarian but my parents are not, so our favorite taste and style are completely different.
But David & I are similar taste of food mostly.
And David can enjoy my cooking always with lovely smile.
So I can enjoy cooking every day.
Foods is not only nutrition for me, but also precious part of our body & mind.
All foods can influence our body & mind, also our way of thought, I think.
With love & joy for cooking, all nice energy of foods can make us enerzize & cheerful natually.
And eating time with smile & love makes us happy every day.
