Healthy foods
After my recovery of sick days last week, I could feel much energy inside.

And David and I came to "Farmers Market" together at different location from last week.


Every weekend, especially Saturday & Sunday, many Famers Market is open and we can enjoy it together now.

So we were looking for some organic Brussels sprouts at different Famers Market these days.

Because all different Famers put on different price on it and we wanted to get the cheapest price.


And finally we could find the cheapest price of them today and we got some of them today!

At per pound, 2 dollars of organic Brussels sprouts are more different from other Famers Markets' price.

Fortunately we are so happy to get the cheapest price today at "West Seattle Farmers Market".


Many different location has a different character of shops are selling nice organic foods and I have a nice time to look around.

And we felt to need to take a break at our favorite organic café near the Market.

This "Café fiore" has different branches in Seattle but we came this one for the first time together.


We had a nice time to take a coffee break for a while and David suddenly asked a staff about the Organic doughnuts which is selling there.

I know the name of Doughnuts as a organic ingredients in H.P. before but we have never tried to eat before.

The staff gave David the doughnut to have a try the taste for free and we tried to have it together.


The outside of organic doughnuts was so much white sugar coating and I didn't want to take in any white sugar even it is organic.

But we just had a try a little and it was nice but we realized how we don't need too much sugar of it.

And we stopped eating the whole small doughnut together because we felt enough to know the taste.


I am not using any sugar to cook every day.

Because sugar is toxin for our bodies and we don't need any toxic foods at all.


To use organic dried fruits is much mild & tender for us as sweetness.

And the sweetness of organic fruits & vegetables can satisfy our body & mind enough without sugar.


Sometimes we can try to eat foods outside to enjoy new experience together but we can adjust to eat our daily foods which is based on Macrobiotics & Vegetarian diet.

And our organic healthy diet can bring us so much healthy body & mind in peace & calm naturally and the power of foods was very precious & essential part of our life.


So to be careful to take in our body & mind let us cherish our internal organs every single day.

Not to overload too much foods to internal organs can let me feel so much light & stable body & mind usually.


In INDIA, our bodies tend to think as a "SHRINE" and foods are thought as "HOLY offering" to our bodies.

So I am very careful to take in any foods to my sincere body & mind each day to offer the spiritual part of myself.


Sometimes some people maybe think that too much for care to take in any toxin foods outside but I don't think so...

Each bite of foods are making my body & mind and it can influence me a lot....I learned a lot of things through my experiences in last 10 years after I became Vegetarian.


As my body changed of my healthy Vegetarian meals, I became much sensitive sense of myself both in body & mind.

My sense became sharper than before and I became more careful to take in each foods every day.

To cherish my internal organs not to eat too much can last my body to live as long as possible.


Anyway I had a nice time with David at Famers Market in this weekends and I want him to relax without feeling any stress of his new working.

Just to enjoy at different experience was very fun time for us.

Also we took a walk close to the nature yesterday & today and we could feel so nice energy with it together!


How are we going to eat tonight??

Just I want to cook him with my LOVE & gratitude for him because he got many organic foods for us!!

I am just happy to eat organic foods here in Seattle every day and I am so thankful for it because David did so much well for me...

My recovery
After my little sick days for last 4days, I feel much better this morning than yesterday.

I slept so long & deep last night and I could feel my recovery without medicine & hospital now.


But still my body condition has not recovered completely yet so my body woke up with slow pace & low gear of myself.

David looked be filled with so much energy in this morning and I couldn't keep up hid cheerful behavior at all.

To compare with his nice condition of his body, I understand that my body is still in the process of recovery.


But today I feel much energy than yesterday so only a few days needs to recover my full energy completely.

I don't use any medicines & I don't go to any hospitals for my self recovery at all.

So my recovery itself is very slow but actually I can tell my recovery inside of myself day by day...little by little.


I don't eat too much yesterday because my body didn't so much foods to recovery because so much energy wanted to focus on my recovery itself without foods' digestion.

So less eating foods yesterday could facilitate my recovery today and I am glad to feel & know it clearly.


My body has a energy to cure itself by my immune system & self recovery.

I don't get cold & sick after I moved to Seattle at the end of 2014, so this may be the first time to feel not good of my body.

I don't know when & how I got this bad condition of my body last week but I believe that GOD gave me some rest to take myself easy for a while.


I eat very healthy organic foods every day and do my YOGA.

So I can keep myself this day better than the day before as well as possible.

I have no afford to get any disease & sick with this healthy life style, I believe it strongly & truly.


How to eat today is just up to my body's need.

So little by little, I will try to eat after my appetite come back later.

And then, I will check my situation of body's recovery later and I will decide what & how to eat for myself.


At first, I want to eat organic pear & apple a little, because they are so fresh & sweet to satisfy my thirsty.

And then, I will try to drink hot soup with organic ginger & onion to my quick recovery.


Today is "Setsubun" (the day before the beginning of spring) in JAPAN, and it is the period to start NEW SEASON from tomorrow.

Usually we eat "Hutomaki" (Big SUSHI long roll) to pray for the new beginning with Blessing & PEACE in silence from the beginning of eating the roll to the end.

This year's lucky direction is "South-south- east" so Japanese eat the "Hutomaki" to look the direction in silence.


I wonder if I cook for David today but he wants to talk a lot during his meal always.

So to eat in silence will let him patient & frustration, so I don't want him to do the Japanese style today.


But I want him to eat similar style so I arrange his dinner by myself instead of making "Hutomaki".

With my love for him, I will cook "Sushi Layer" like a cake of "mille-feuille" for him to enjoy today's "Setsubun" somehow.


I feel less energy than usual today but cooking for him can bring cheerful energy from my inside tenderly & softly.

Just I want to express my love for him by each cooking for him and it is my pleasure every day.


To eat well & less than usual can bring my recovery tomorrow more, I can feel.

Just I need to wait my slow recovery little by little not in hurry...

I wish all my friends in this world don't get any sick & disease in this season!!^^

Great Sushi in Vancouver
David and I came back to this organic sushi restaurant "Shizen Ya" at another branch in Vancouver to have a dinner tonight again.

Last night we had a dinner another branch and we missed to eat another menu so much.


And we came back to here again to enjoy another fabulous menu and this is the first time to have the same restaurant for 2 nights for dinner.

All menu looks tasty and we need to have another stomach to taste more at a time...


This restaurant was selected THE BEST SUSHI in Vancouver of Tripadviser before and it seems to worth to get the prize, we can tell.

All staffs was very friendly and great service for us with lovely smile and David & I really enjoyed having dinner again tonight.


Happy time with great foods can make people happy easily and it last all day long, I realized it last night and tonight, too.

And we wanted this owner of Shizen Ya to open a new branch in Seattle because many people in Seattle will love this great taste & service, for sure!


Anyway we had a wonderful time together and we really happy to enjoy having dinner at Shizen Ya both tonight and last night.

All staffs worked so hard with great hospitality and it was very great for all customers.


We will come back to eat another menu here again and I became to a fan of this organic sushi restaurant.

And I wanted to try cooking my original organic rice rolls at home for David someday soon...

Fast food
In the U.S.A., many fast foods are around here and there.

From the morning to night, many people are eating as usual meals.

It is reality but I can't believe it why people can eat it as a meal.


Maybe they don't know how toxic fast foods contain a lot inside.

And the toxin of fast foods can make people's tongue & brain addictive.

So they tend to eat the fast foods again by the influence of the addictive additon in all fast foods.


If I can use magic to do anything, I would want to ruin all of fast foods in this world.

Some people would get angry if all ast foods dissapeared ,but it will be useful for people's health.


In some reseach for foods in jail, after the prisoner started to eat vegetarian foods without meats , they changed so healthy body & mind.

And most of their character became more tender & gentle than before and changed a lot inside.


How to eat & what to eat are very important to make our body & mind every day.

Foods make not only body but also mind & way of thought day by day.


Fast foods are very cheap and easy to eat fast.

But the nutriton is less than normal foods and what is called "addictive toxiic foods", I can tell.


Nowadays fast foods became a big business all ove the world.

And I worried about the worse influence to eat them who don't know the true mixture inside of fast foods.

To eat and buy them means to support the growth of the fast foods' company.


I hope that many people realize how toxic fast foods contain and what to eat as ture nutrition for every meal.

Ignorance of the true fact is very dangerous, I think.


I hope that people start to notice the truth and not to get fast foods little by little.

Less buying all fast foods will be the infulence of the business fewer than now, I wish...

Alreday 5 days passed...
In the new year, already 5 days passed today.

Whenever I am with DAVID, time passes so quickly...

Perhaps we will get older soon like time flies...we talked about these days.


How is your 5 days in new year?

Many people started to work already.


David started to work on 1st January by his company's request suddenly.

And our time to share together became less than before but it means to make the time cherish together as well as possible.


I cooked our meals for him every day, and it's very precious time for me.

To cook for DAVID is very important time for me.


Foods make our body & mind every day.

To cook for him, I always concentrate to cook how to make vegetables tasty as they are.


Organic vegetables ,grains , beans & fruits has wonderful tastes inside.

So as less as I season for them and I try to let their own taste come out naturally.


My cooking is very simple.

Seasoning is salt, Miso, soy source and vinegar etc.


All organic seasonings are so tasty that less amount of seasoning is enough to cook.

I like salad & simply soup with brown rice, like a traditional Japanese style.


But sometimes I cooked western style & I enjoyed cooking always.

Because DAVID can eat all dishes which I cooked for him always with lovely smile.


And he tells me how tasty my dishes are & always smiled to eat everything.

I am so glad to look at his wonderful smile during eating my dishes.


Before eating ,he always pray for foods silently.

The posture & his attitude for prayer makes me happy so much.


He appreciate with my cooking and he told about taste always

To eat silently without any comments let me sad & boring.

But David is not do that at all.


I am happy that he is a wonderful eater & kind to me at any time.

So every day , I wonder how let him enjoy eating every dishes by my cooking.


Cooking makes me concentrate a lot and forget time.

Sometimes I look at some recipes but I always arrange it.

So I can't cook exactly same taste again, never!


But it is fun for David & me.

Only 1 time taste of my cooking ,so eating my dishes let us enjoy eating at the only 1 time every day.

So taking any foods needs to be careful every day.

Foods make not only your body but also mind & spirit every single day.


And it influence your heart little by little naturally.
