Keiko's program
David and I visited to his elder brother & his wife from Yakima to Richland.

David's younger brother's family stayed at their home with DAD today after Sunday meeting in charch.

And many folks and friedns got togeter after the meeting to have lucnh together before their coming home each other.


David and I decided to see his elder brother & his wife before noon to talk together after Mom's funeral.

On the way in the great nature from Yakima to Richland was so wonderful that I have never droven this course before.


David and I need to feel the nature and share with each heart after Mom's funeral and we went to have a lunch together at Richland.

Unfortunately I have no apetite at that time so just I enjoyed my herbal tea time with them.


My liquid lunch seemed to wired for them but I explained my way & body condition & my thinking to share with lunch time together.

They understood me and we could have a nice time to talk each other.


Many peiple in the restaurant so much that this is the truly REALITY of the U.S.A at lunch time.

Most people ordered their favorite meats or seafoods with white bread so much.

And I have no idea how they can eat so much amount of foods at the same time and why people want to eat so often.


Now my dairy meal is usualy only 1 a day and it let me so satisfy and my body condition is pretty GOOD!

No eating at breakfast & lunch time let me so energize me and sharpen my mind that I choose only 1 meal a day by my experiences in last 10 years.


But most people keep eating 3 times or more a day.

And some people's weight became over but the don't stop eating at all...


Why they don't care for internal organs to take a rest enough??

Why they can keep overload to their stomach too much every meal???


I tried to observe the reality and to understand why by myself somehow.

They doesn't know and less care for internal organ than their appetite & natural needs to eat foods.

And ignorance & unconsiousness for how to eat & what to eat is my concluson why they can eat so much...


We have common internal organ and the size and capacity seems about same.

Too much eating cause their body's troubles later...

For expample, high blood pressure, cholesterol, over weight, the risk of cancer & diabeties etc...


But before being these kind of result, normal people keep eating so much.

And the wrong habit and too much eating make one disease soon.


I want my preciuos friends & folks to live longer as much as possible at heathy state.

But no one can change their comfortable way of eating & favorite style of eating unfortunately.


I cannnot change their life style but I can offer the nice opportunity how one can feel the internal organs' rest after simple & easy fasting.

And I believe this is my life work from now on to offer my YOGA & DETOX program in this world with passion & strogng faith.


To eat proper way & less amount of foods for everyone in this world let this world in peace for better way, I belive.

Without doctors, hospitals & medicines.


Am I too much unique?

Or my faith seems to be strange for you??


I am not so concern about how others feel because I I beileve in this way is so strongly with my whole heart...

David can understood me so well after my Detox program for him recently.

And we can share my DETOX & YOGA program for many people in near future, we are sure of it....

Watermelon
When David & I went to Samui island in Thailand for our honeymoon, I ate a lot of watermelon.


When I was child, I don't like watermelon so much.

It was tasteless for me and I don't understand the deliciousness.

But I grew up an adult, the simple sweetness of watermelon attracts me little by little.


And in Thailand , it was very hot every day and watermelon was useful to make my body cool down.

Especially, I like to eat the watermelon which was frozen in the freezer like a sorbe.


David bought me an oraganic watermelon which was cut one fourth last week.

A whole watermelon was too big to eat for us and I selected the small cut of it.

David told me to buy a whole one but I told him not to buy at that time.


But David knows how I really like watermelon.

And I enjoy eating the cut of watermelon with David.


But David bought me another organic whole watermelon again to surprise & please me.

It was 15lb (=about 6.8kg) and it was huge for me.

His love express to buy it for me , and I just accepted it.


Of course, I cut it small pieces and I freezed it in the freezer as usual.

It became cold and solid sorbe and it was really sweet as David love is.


I always feel David's love for me and it makes me so happy.

In return, I want to love him more naturally.


David and I are really nice conbination, we realized recentely again.

I don't know why we can love each other so deeply but our love is real.

So I want to be greatful for everything of DAVID and I am always thankfrul for our lucky meeting in Samui Isalnd last year.


We talked sometimes that we know each other for long years.

And our love is growing up day by day , I believe...


I wish my friends & family are filled with love always.

Beautiful Sunday
In the morning, I can not feel to want eating at all.

Without breakfast ,I can feel much energy with clear mind & body with plenty lukewarm water & herbal tea.


In the morning, to excrete our remain foods inside body & it use for our energy of body.

So if you took some foods in the morning, it means to disturb your system of excretion with digestion for breakfast.


If you want to take in something, liquid things is better.

For example, simple organic citrus juice at fresh state or green vegetable juice.

If you want to drink them, not too many kinds of vegetables & fruits are better.


Simply drinks can let your body digest easier than foods in the morning.

I usually drink lukewarm water & herbal tea in the morning before YOGA.

It makes me so fresh & pure state not only body & mind.


After long years, without breakfast, I can feel my body's sensation better than before.

And of course , naturally I can feel comfortable without eating foods in the morning at all.


In India, the Ashram where Ganghi built for the wellness suggests that what to eat & how to eat every day.

I stayed there for 6 weeks to learn Detox & Body's cleansing from Naturopathy.


And I realized my leaning & experiences in the past was mostly fit to Gandhi's thought for eating style.

In India, cow is thought as a holy animals like a GOD, so milk & butter milk (yogurt) & ghee (clarified butte) is used for meals nice nutrition.


After my stay there, and my experiences & leanings for Detox & how to eat let me decide the eating style as I feel.

To think the nutrition or balance of foods too much let me disturb my intuition to eat foods sometimes.


To eat meals is just pleasure to share nice taste with precious people.

Eating is not a feeding time for me.


So the atmosphere to eat meals is very important for everyone ,I guess.

If someone feel angry or busy during meal's time, energy of foods can not transform to your precious part of your body & mind at all.

With smile & talking during meal's time , all energy of foods can let us energize more than before, I can tell...

Did you enjoy and taste all meal with smile & love inside of your heart??


I feel everyone's meal sometimes too much hurry to enjoy at all.

Especially , so much busy people are not chewing foods at all at lunch time.

They are concerned about time or another things during eating.


To feel the energy of foods or to concentrate eating precious lives of all foods are precious to take in your body.

Because foods are not just eating things.

They make your body, mind & soul for tomorrow.


So we need to concentrate taking foods to make ourselves better every day.

I really like to cook for meals.


It makes me happy to enjoy eating meals together with DAVID now.

So not only foods but also time to share with nice talking let me happy more than yesterday.

I really appreciate with everything, DAVID.


I hope that everyone can enjoy every meal and share with your precious persons if possible.

Every meal will make yourself soon, so it can influence you a lot later...
