Balance of hormone
In this morning, it was very beautiful sunshine with blue sky.

And I felt so much happiness inside that I wanted to take a walk in a nature with David.

Before we left our home, David's friend called suddenly.

They are so great friend each other and I met him before and I really like him.

After David's talking to his friend, he decided to see him in this afternoon because they have not seen each other for a while.

I felt a little complex feeling inside because I wanted to be with David in his holiday today.

But for David, he has only 2 days holidays in a week and I want him to enjoy his favorite way in his holidays as much as possible.

I want to David and his friend to have a nice time together but I felt suddenly lonely inside of my heart.

And I talked about my feeling about it and suddenly, tears came out of my eyes so much and I was surprised at my emotional mind.

David and I went to take a walk in a wonderful park near our home and it was first experience to walk there together.

My YOGA friend recommended the park last week and I wanted to walk there today.

After we enjoyed our walking, we went a public bathroom each other and I found that my period has just started.

I realized how much body's balance of hormone influenced my body and mind in this morning.

David and I understood that my hormone made me cry a lot and it was nothing bad at all for me.

Anyway, David and I started today with beautiful weather after great walking in the park together.

I wish that my balance of hormone will be calm down after my period....^^

David was so kind to me that he hugged me with kind message when I cried a lot in this morning.

And his deep understanding about me let me feel so relived that I am loved by David so much every single day...

Thank you for David's love and I am very lucky wife to be with you every day in Seattle!

Before priod
Yesterday, my period has just started.

But it was not normal schedule and a few weeks delayed to start my period.

Just before my period, I felt so much appetite that I just tried to follow my body's need.

I guess that my body needs more foods to start my period and my appetite become strong.

So just before my period, I just follow my body's need and I eat more than usual.

After my period started, my appetite become normal as usual as I am.

Women's body is influenced by hormone and sometimes I become emotional just before my period.

And I tend to cry before my period, but I don't think too much about my body's change and feeling.

David has never experienced period, so he has no idea about my change of hormone.

But he always treat me tender with kind heart and I am so thankful for his love.

Anyway, I felt much calm down today because my period started.

And hormone's balance became better than before my period.

Women's body is very unique and interesting.

I hope that my mind can keep in peace with YOGA even my period's term.

I have no pain during my period when I was young, so I can do anything during my period.

Just I felt my blood flow sometimes but it was nothing difference of my body.

To keep my YOGA practice can make my body and mind calm and peaceful, so I want to keep my YOGA life from now on.^^

Slow start
Last night, David and I came back to home after 8:00 p.m and it was too late for us.

But our repair of bath tab finished 8:00 p.m., so we couldn't came back to home before then.

So we started to sleep later than usual but David had to wake up 4:30 a.m. as usual for his work.

But my body needed to sleep more and I kept sleeping after I saw David off for his work.

I couldn't wake up until 8:30 a.m. today but my body felt different from usual myself.

To sleep usual time and to wake up usual time is important to keep my body feel nice and normal.

I felt still tired and I need to sleep well and longer tonight, I can tell.

David must be so much tired after his work, because he couldn't sleep well enough last night.

So I want him to sleep deeply and longer than last night to remove his fatigue.

I cooked our dinner to remove David's fatigue with my love.

Anyway I realized how important our usual sleeping time can keep our body healthy every day.

Yesterday, it was so much fun for us to have a wonderful outgoing whole day but a little fatigue remain inside of our body.

So I hope that we can sleep well and long tonight and we can recover our body normally, anyway....

Young life
Last night, before I sleep, I found a news which a young lady passed away from breast cancer.

She was only 34 years old and her husband is a famous "KABUKI" actor in Japan.

She announced her breast cancer a few years ago and she kept writing her blog about her fighting the illness.

Her breast cancer was so powerful that her life couldn't stand for it.

She had 2 young children and she was so tough lady.

And her death news was very shocking but it was a reality.

Many people are struggling a lot of kinds of cancer in this world.

And every day, all patients are fighting inside of their illness.

The suffering of cancer must be so hard that sometimes it overwhelms all patients, I can imagine.

But just I hope that all patients of cancer will never lose hope to survive their life to overcome the illness...

Anyway, I just pray for this young lady's soul sleep in peace in heaven now.

And I pray all their family's heart hung in there to keep their peace inside...><

Body's need at midnight
Last night, I woke up in the middle of night around 1:00 a.m.

I slept deeply before waking up and I felt so strong appetite that I started to eat an organic apple at first.

Usually I don't eat anything in the middle of night but last night I just followed my body's need naturally.

David told me, "If you are hungry, you can eat anything you want."

I checked my calendar and my next period was a little later than usual so I guessed that my strong appetite may cause of my body.

After I finished eating an apple, I still felt my strong appetite and then I started to eat organic baked carrot sticks and brown rice.

After I let my body feel enough to eat, I felt so much comfortable by following my true & strong body's need last night.

I was so surprised at my behavior that I didn't eat so much foods at midnight usually.

And I tried not to think my guilty or regret about my behavior last night at all.

Then I started to sleep deeply until I could wake up naturally in this morning.

I felt a little heavy feeling in my stomach because of my eating heavy foods last night.

So I tried to keep my stomach empty today until my true appetite will come back to my body today.

I don't want to eat anything still now so today is wonderful timing to DETOX after FULL MOON...I can feel.

Anyway sometimes I try to follow my body's need without thinking too much from now on.

David's tender advice and love for me helped me a lot about this happening and I really appreciate with his LOVE last night and today...

Today it is so cold outside in this morning but David & I took a walk with smile & pure heart each other.

True winter season came in Seattle already but I want to enjoy this winter with smile & gratitude every single day...^^

Relaxing day
In a month, every woman has a period (menstruation) to detox of the womb.

And I have no pain of my period usually but I felt so much sleepy & dull in the second day of my period.

Only 1 day, I need to take a rest for my period without stress & doing too much in a day.

But today it is very nice day with sunshine & blue sky and I want to take a walk in the afternoon.

I can do anything in my period and just I need to take the slowest day for my womb only today.

But I have so much energy to do but my body doesn't want to do for the 2nd day of my period.

To cherish my body's need is more important than my mind needs today.

So just I focus on what my body wants & needs today.

I like to do my best in a day as much as possible and sometimes I forget to take a rest.

But especially today, I have to take a rest more than usual to care for my womb.

I am learning how to take a rest every month because my movement & doing is too fast to take a rest for myself.

My body is so tough that I can fell to do more and more in a day but at the end of a day, I can feel so much fatigue...and it is not good for my body...maybe.

Sometimes David told me, "Take it easy and take a rest more!".

And I remember his words and sometimes I forced to myself to take a rest without doing too much, but sometimes I forget.

To care for my body is my work not only doing in a house more and better.

My MOM & DAD were working very hard and I learned to work as their style when I was a child.

To give myself take a rest is essential part of my life now because I want to live longer as long as possible.

And today I am learning to make myself take a rest enough for my heaviest 2nd day of period in this month.

I have some things to do today but I gave up to do today.

Because I want to listen to my body's need more than my thinking and it will let my body like today.

To care for myself is only what I can do for myself and I am learning through my period every month.

Anyway today will be a nice weather with warm sunshine and I love this season to welcome a new spring.

Lots of cherry blossoms trees show us lovely pink & white flowers and I am so happy to watch them in this season.

Good sleep
Recently my eyes & body can wake up around 6:30 a.m. in the morning without alarm.

And I started to sleep around 9:00 p.m. and naturally my body knows how much time I have to sleep at night.

To sleep well & enough at night is very important & essential part of my life.

Because only sleeping time can make my brain & body relax and take a rest to recover of my body, brain & mind.

After I wake up in the morning, I checked something in computer and I just try to focus how I want to start new day with David.

And after David wakes up, we start to meditate together to begin new day with peaceful mind.

To meditate in the morning can bring us so great energy that the effect of meditation can bring us peaceful & stable status each other.

David is sure of his mind of peace with stable & calm these days and he wants to keep this habit of meditation forever.

It is good habit to meditate every day to start new day together and meditation time is very wonderful & great anyway.

To meditate is not so difficult that we focus on each breath silently to keep our minds empty & nothing as less as possible.

Sometimes we are thinking too much to keep our mind & heart empty but little by little we can learn to meditate day by day.

To make our habit be daily part of life is now essential of our begging of new day after good sleep.

To sleep well & enough is the most important to keep our mind & body at healthy status.

To eat well & less and to sleep well are combined to keep our mind & mind in peace.

Also to take a walk together is essential part of our healthy life.

Not only to use brain but also to use body is the best habit to make use of our body & mind for proper way together.

How I want THIS DAY to enjoy with DAVID with smile??

And just I want to cherish this day as a BLESSED day with David as much as possible.

Because this 1 day will never happen exactly same day and I want to cherish just only today with benevolence.
