Today, David's working schedule was from this afternoon to late night.
So I made his Dinner box (not LUNCH box) to eat at his break time.
Usually David and I have 1 meal a day and we don't eat breakfast and have some organic fruits in the afternoon.
So I want him to eat healthy dinner during his working days as well as possible.
After he comes back to home around midnight, he wants to sleep not to eat big dinner.
So I made his Dinner box with my love and he looks happy to bring it.
Today it is nice weather after 1 day of raining so we could walk together after our meditation time.
Our favorite walking route was too much water on the trail after much rain to walk, so we changed our course to walk unfortunately.
But we could have a nice time with smile & talk during walking.
These days, David's working schedule was very irregular so he seemed tired a lot.
So yesterday, I did my massage for his body to remove & release fatigue as much as possible.
He looks so happy after my massage that he could sleep well & deep last night.
To give my LOVE for David is my pleasure because he gives me so much LOVE for me every day.
And our routine of meditation and walking can get our LOVE deeper and stronger than before day by day, I can feel.
We have nice common value of life and prioritize for our life to live simply.
And we really love our simple life as spiritual way because our important things of life is invisible, but we are sure of it withing our hearts naturally.
Many things happens to us every single day but we can share with each thought and feeling to understand more and better.

Yesterday was our 4th wedding anniversary.
And we had a nice time together after we had done everything to start our next 5th year of our marriage life.
David & I realized how GREAT our love is to live together on this planet.
And for me, not only anniversary day is special but also every single day to love each other.
So I want to cook for David every single day to support him inside of his body & mind with my whole energy of LOVE as much as possible.
Today I challenged "Gnocchi" by organic sweet potato & brown rice powder by hand-made.
David really likes to eat PAST, like noodle or short pasta.
But I wanted to try NEW texture for him as a special begging of our next wedding anniversary with my cooking.
So I wanted to challenge myself to create a new meal for DAVID who really loves me.
I mushed organic sweet potato after I steamed and I added organic brown rice powder & sticky rice powder with a little herb and seasoning to mix together.
And I steamed it for a while and knead it well.
I made a spherical source with organic onion, celery and organic KUDZU (arrowroot)flower to make it sticky texture.
To use "wheat flower" is easy but the gluten of wheat is not good for our body.
So I wanted to use organic brown rice powder & KUDZU flower to make Gnocchi by my original mixture.
It became nice creamy source and I added organic green beans & leek to add nice color and flavor together.
Only I used organic white MISO (sweet beans paste), chopped garlic and ginger powder for this source.
I hope that David will love it because I didn't tell him about his dinner at all before he left home today.
I want to surprise him by my today's meal to celebrate our new beginning of next our marriage anniversary.
Anyway I did my best and I am very looking forward to sharing with David tonight.
We don't eat so much meals every day so we cherish our dinner together to make our tomorrow's body & mind every single day.
To eat organic healthy vegetables, fruits and brown rice can heal our body & mind naturally.
And we love each other more and better wtih peaceful mind & pure LOVE, I believe it truly!! ^^
Today, David felt to catch a cold in this morning.
He felt to breath through his nose and he looked not good.
But he went to work with patience.
Fortunately he could came back to home earlier than usual because his work finished with his nice effort.
I wanted him to recovery soon so I made miso soup rice for David's dinner.
I added a UMEBOSHI (pickled plum) and organic ginger powder & turmeric powder into.
All of them will cure his body to recover from inside of his body.
I want him to sleep well at night for his quick recovery.
When he slept at night, he felt hot and he removed all blankets.
And his body didn't cover his body at all last night, so maybe he caught a cold because of it.
Anyway I wish his recovery soon...><
Last week, David brought some organic big tomatoes from his working office for free.
They were not ripen enough and I put all of them on the window sill to wait.
These days, nice weather kept with sunshine and day by day all tomatoes became ripen well enough.
So I used it for David's dinner little by little.
All organic tomatoes became red and soft and they got ready to eat.
David really loved to eat organic tomatoes and he loves the taste so much.
We are very lucky to get all organic tomatoes for free from his office's garden.
Usually we bought organic mini tomatoes at a supermarket but these big tomatoes are different taste and good.
Anyway, two third of this months passed already!
Today is on 22th September, I cannot believe that time has passed so quickly.
Day by day, the length of daytime became shorter and shorter.
And temperature became cooler and cooler and I can feel autumn season these days.^^
On David's Friday(the day just before his holiday), I usually cook vegetable curry for his dinner.
I use many kinds of organic spices for my curry.
But today, I put too much cayenne pepper into my curry accidentally.
I love hot and spicy curry but I worry about David's reaction when he eats it.
I am going to apologize how much I put cayenne pepper into today's curry not on purpose.
I think that he will enjoy the hot taste, I hope...
Anyway I love to cook curry for David every his curry,
Because many kinds of organic spices for my curry will remove David's fatigue of whole week, I wish.
I love curry, too.
And I am so lucky that I can use many kinds of organic vegetables for my cooking every day.
All organic vegetables has own great taste inside and only I mix well together to pull out of their nice taste.
After David working for his customer, he got an organic squash from her because his work was very good.
The customer own garden to grow many kinds of vegetables and fruits but all harvest was too much for her to eat by herself.
Usually we bought an organic squash at our favorite supermarket and it looks like zucchini.
But the customer's squash looks like a pumpkin and the skin was too hard.
I baked it and souteed it and the skin became very soft and it is easy to eat.
The taste of her squash was very mild taste and very delicious and David loves it.
His colleague got the same squash from her at the same time but he doesn't like the vegetable at all.
So he gave it to David and we got 2 nice organic squash for free.
Customer's squash can cook many kinds of cooking so I will enjoy cooking for David for a while.
David & I love eating organic vegetables and we eat them every single day.
To eat organic vegetables can let us healthy always and it is our favorite style! ^^
I really love the taste of cilantro.
And we can buy organic cilantro at supermarket.
It is cheap!!
The bunch of organic cilantro is selling about 1 dollar, it is unbelievable price!
I really love it and it is good for health, too.
The taste of cilantro is very unique and some people didn't like the taste and smell at all.
To put on some cilantro in the salad, it can become nice flavor.
In Japan, I cannot buy organic cilantro so now I can eat it as usual...it is very lucky for me.
Anyway the taste of cilantro let me remember the taste of Thailand and Vietnam food.
To eat cilantro can let me remind of its taste and it is very delicious!! ^^
Today I made a tomato source for dinner.
I used organic onion, celery, tomato and garlic.
I chopped all of them small and at first I baked garlic & onion with a little salt in a pan.
I used a little heat to pull out of the sweetness of onion naturally and then I added chopped celery and tomato in it.
Not to use strong heat is important to make this tomato source.
Because to pull out the natural sweetness is necessary to use a little heat.
And then I used an organic miso paste for this seasoning and it is the point.
Not to use olive oil I made this tomato source because I don't want to use so much oil for my cooking.
The smell looked so delicious that David will like this taste later.
To make original tomato source is very fun because all organic ingredients has great taste in it originally.
So only I can do for my cooking to pull out the natural taste with a little seasoning.
Today it is looks like a summer outside with hot sunshine.
So to eat tomato is good to make our bodies cool down by eating proper foods.
Now in April but now the temperature outside looks summer already...
I wish that summer will not come so soon because I want to enjoy spring season more.^^
I cooked a simple soup for dinner yesterday.
I made a base of soup by "Konbu" (Japanese dried seaweed) and I boiled organic onion, carrot, potato and celery in it with mild heart slowly.
I added slice of garlic & ginger in it and I waited until all vegetables became soft.
Only a pinch of salt can make all vegetables' sweetness pull out naturally.
And I seasoned for this soup with Syoyu Koji (soy source with fermented organic rice) a little.
This soup looked like a pot-au-feu and the taste of soup was very delicious.
Organic vegetables don't need so much seasoning & complicated way of cooking at all.
Because all organic vegetables has enough taste of themselves.
So just baking, steaming or boiling them can taste very delicious.
Last night was very cold outside and David really liked the simply soup taste very much.
And I was very happy to look at his happy smile with my cooking mealas.
I made a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving day and it was very big.
So we need to eat the dessert every day to finish it for a while...
But it was very delicious and we could enjoy it together.
”Mellow White Miso"と書いてあるものは、色は白いけれど、あまり甘みが少なくて、普通のお味噌に近い味だった。
