Walnuts paste
When I baked organic walnuts, I mushed some small pieces of them in a container.

And I mushed them well until they become a paste.


I add organic Miso (fermented beans paste) with walnuts paste and I mixed them well.

This walnuts paste can use for my cooking as a seasoning.


Sometimes I use this walnuts paste for David's meal.

He likes to eat organic potato and I mushed the potato after I steamed it.

And I add the walnuts paste with mushed potato and this mixture became nice taste.


David really loves this mixture and he enjoy eating it together.

This walnuts paste with Miso can make him feel like a meat flavor without meet.


So I can use this useful walnuts Miso paste for my cooking.

It is very delicious so I can use it for my cooking with other vegetables, too.

Red Potato
David really likes to eat organic potato.

So I cook organic potato for his dinner as he like.


Usually I steam organic red potato and I mush potato after potato become soft.

And I mix organic carrot & onion with mushed potato and I put on some seasoning to mixture of vegetables.


I use organic mustard for seasoning and it become a nice potato dish.

David likes the texture of creamy of potato and he looks enjoy my potato dishes.


I don't like to eat potato like David does, so only sometimes I eat it.

But David wants to eat organic potato every day, so I cook it for him as he likes.


Organic red potato has nice flavor so I don't need to add extra seasoning so much.

Sometimes I bake organic red potato with a little salt and pepper and it is very simple but delicious!

Cacao nibs
When I cook a cake, sometimes I use organic cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips.

Cacao nibs has no sweetness inside but the texture is crunchy.


So when I make original cake, organic cacao nibs can give us nice crunchy taste.

David really loves chocolate but I don't want to use chocolate for my sweets, because most chocolate includes so much sugar.


Sugar is not good our body and it is toxin.

So I use organic cacao nibs for my sweets because cacao nibs doesn't include sugar at all and it is very healthy.


David likes the texture of cacao nibs and he looks happy to eat it.

I am happy to use organic cacao nibs for our healthy sweets, anyway...^^

Carrot soup
Yesterday, I cooked carrot soup for David's dinner.

It is easy & simple soup to make.


I chopped organic onion, celery and carrot and put all into a pan.

And I also chopped organic garlic and onion to add into a pan to boil with all of vegetables.

Just a little bit, I added a pinch of salt and some water into a pan and boiled it for a while.


After all vegetables became soft, I added a little organic MISO (soy bean paste) as seasoning.

All organic vegetables has enough sweetness inside, so I don't want to add extra taste too much.


And then, I mixed all of them with blender and it became creamy carrot soup.

David enjoyed eating this soup and he liked it.


This soup is very easy & delicious.

All of organic vegetables has nice flavor and nutrition inside, so everything can become nice taste of mixture for any soup.^^

Corn soup
Usually, I cook a cup of soup for David's dinner every day.

And he likes corn soup especially.


My corn soup is very easy to cook.

I chopped organic onion, celery, corn, garlic and ginger and I put everything in a pan to boil with a little water.

Just a pinch of salt, I add in the pan to boil all of them to pull out of sweetness of all vegetables.


After all vegetables become soft, I add organic Miso paste a little and a little organic black pepper.

And I mushed all ingredients by blender and it become creamy corn soup.


David really loves this corn soup and he enjoys to eat it.

So I am so happy that I can watch his happy smile to eat it.^^


This corn soup is very easy but delicious so I want to cook it for David sometimes from now on.

All organic vegetables has nice taste itself inside so i don't need to add extra seasoning so much.

Banana cake
David likes to eat organic banana.

And he eats it every day but I don't like to eat organic banana like he does.


After I wait organic banana ripen well and I cook banana cake with organic buckwheat for David.

David likes the texture of buckwheat banana cake because it looks like a bread a little.


I mush ripen organic banana with a fork and add organic cinnamon powder, white sesame and a little salt for seasoning.

And I add organic coconut flakes for crispy texture and aluminum-free baking powder and organic buckwheat power and mix them all well enough.


I put all of the mixture of banana cake into some containers and bake them in a oven for a while.

And my organic banana cake become nice looking and David will enjoy it as a desert.


Well ripen organic banana has enough sweetness inside and I don't need to add any sweetness to my banana cake at all.

To make organic banana cake is very easy and simple so I want David to enjoy eating it with smile.^^

Coconut milk!
Last week, we got an organic coconut milk on sale.

So I wanted to use for my cooking to make Thai curry with the coconut milk.


The taste of coconut milk reminds me Thai curry and David misses the taste of Thai foods.

And today is David' Friday (the day before his holiday), so I made coconut curry for his dinner.


I chopped organic onion, celery, carrot and tomato and I added chopped garlic and ginger to bake all of these vegetables.

And I put on organic curry powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon powder
and black pepper as seasoning my curry at first.


I used organic white miso (fermented beans paste) and red miso to add salty & mild taste to my curry and baked all of them for a while.

And I put on organic mushrooms after all vegetables became soft and keep baked them a little more.


Finally I opened the can of organic coconut milk but it was separated water and milk inside.

So I mixed inside of the can to mix the coconut milk well and I added it into my curry mixture.

The smell of curry became Thai taste and it was so nice flavor.


I don't want to use too much coconut milk because the fat of coconut milk is so much amount inside.

Anyway the looks of my Thai curry became nice looking and I want David to enjoy it later after his working.


I cooked another side menu of his dinner with organic vegetables and they became nice curry plate for him finally.

I hope that he will love the taste of Thai curry with smile...^^

Soup day!
Today I cooked onion soup for David.

He caught a cold from his working colleague a few days ago and he is in the middle of recovery.


I want him to eat healing meals to recover his healthy body condition as soon as possible.

Day by day, he looks getting better but he has nose running still today.


So I decided to cook onion soup for him because onion has so much energy to heal his body, I believe.

I used Japanese "KONBU" (dried seaweed) & dried Shiitake (Japanese mushroom)for base of his soup.

And I chopped an organic onion, carrot, garlic and ginger to put in a pan together and boiled in the base of soup slowly.


Organic onion and carrot has so much sweetness inside and they didn't need to add so much seasoning.

I put a pinch of salt into the soup and after all vegetables became soft, I put a little bit of MISO (fermented soy beans paste) as a seasoning finally.


This soup is very simple and easy to cook but all vegetable's nutrition can make David body absorb to heal his body, I believe.

I pray for his soup to become delicious to heal his body from inside and I hope that he will love this soup.


I am very healthy without sick for many years and I have no memory to catch a cold these many years.

I believe that my diet (1 meal a day) and eating organic foods can make my body's immune system get stronger than before, so any germs of origin of disease cannot influence my body at all.


I hope that David will recover little by little by his tough immune system itself without medicine & hospital.

And I wish that he will enjoy today's meal to heal his body anyway...^^

Rice bread
Yesterday, I tried to cook rice bread by using organic brown rice flour.

I don't want to take in GLUTEN from wheat as less as possible, so I used some organic brown rice flour, sticky brown rice flour to make it.


I checked some recipes for make 100 % brown rice flour bread.

And I added some original flour to add some sticky texture to my rice bread.


I waited the rice bread after I mixed all of ingredients until it become fermented.

But the bread bans couldn't bigger than before and I wondered if the bans had already fermented or not.


I tried to make the rice bread ban to a nice shape before bake it.

And I baked it for a while and just a little bit it became like a plat bread, but the looking was not my ideal texture.


I wanted David to enjoy bread texture but it became like a Nann (India flat bread) or short bread.

But David looked so happy that my brown rice bread was delicious and good texture and I felt relived to know his reaction after he ate it.

I couldn't satisfy my brown rice bread at all but David didn't any complains about it.


I am very lucky wife because always David gave me some praises about my cooking and he really enjoyed my meals every day.

But I wanted to revenge my brown rice bread again someday to surprise David by my better bread than today.


I kept some brown rice bread ban at our refrigerator and I want to cook it for another meal today.

The brown rice bread can use the base of Quiche so I will arrange it today's dinner to use it better way.

Anyway my cooking for David is my daily pleasure and fun and I am doing my best every single day.


Our meal today is not only our nutrition for body abut also for our mind to make ourselves tomorrow.

And to eat delicious meal together can make our love more and deeper and the common meal can make us get together for better way, I believe the effect of meals.

So I will concentrate my cooking every day to make our body & mind be better than before, anyway...^^

Like a cod roe (TARAKO in Japanese)
A few days ago, David bought organic Amaranthus at a supermarket.

So I cooked the Amaranthus for David's dinner to make a pasta source.


I boiled some Amaranthus with water about 10 mintes and took a rest for 10 minutes.

The texture of Amaranthus became a Cod roe (TARAKO in Japanese).


I added some organic vinegar, soy source, white miso paste and sesame oil for seasoning.

In the other oven I boiled organic onions with garlic and salt after I chopped them for a while.


I added organic cauliflower, carrot to the onions and mixed Amaranthus source together.

I boiled organic brown rice paste and I combined all of them.


It became delicious pasta source with Amaranthus and I wish that David loves it.

He is very interested in eating organic Amaranthus when he got it.

So I hope that he will enjoy the Amaranthus pasta like a Cod roe tonight.
