Rice bread
Yesterday, I tried to cook rice bread by using organic brown rice flour.

I don't want to take in GLUTEN from wheat as less as possible, so I used some organic brown rice flour, sticky brown rice flour to make it.


I checked some recipes for make 100 % brown rice flour bread.

And I added some original flour to add some sticky texture to my rice bread.


I waited the rice bread after I mixed all of ingredients until it become fermented.

But the bread bans couldn't bigger than before and I wondered if the bans had already fermented or not.


I tried to make the rice bread ban to a nice shape before bake it.

And I baked it for a while and just a little bit it became like a plat bread, but the looking was not my ideal texture.


I wanted David to enjoy bread texture but it became like a Nann (India flat bread) or short bread.

But David looked so happy that my brown rice bread was delicious and good texture and I felt relived to know his reaction after he ate it.

I couldn't satisfy my brown rice bread at all but David didn't any complains about it.


I am very lucky wife because always David gave me some praises about my cooking and he really enjoyed my meals every day.

But I wanted to revenge my brown rice bread again someday to surprise David by my better bread than today.


I kept some brown rice bread ban at our refrigerator and I want to cook it for another meal today.

The brown rice bread can use the base of Quiche so I will arrange it today's dinner to use it better way.

Anyway my cooking for David is my daily pleasure and fun and I am doing my best every single day.


Our meal today is not only our nutrition for body abut also for our mind to make ourselves tomorrow.

And to eat delicious meal together can make our love more and deeper and the common meal can make us get together for better way, I believe the effect of meals.

So I will concentrate my cooking every day to make our body & mind be better than before, anyway...^^

Like a cod roe (TARAKO in Japanese)
A few days ago, David bought organic Amaranthus at a supermarket.

So I cooked the Amaranthus for David's dinner to make a pasta source.


I boiled some Amaranthus with water about 10 mintes and took a rest for 10 minutes.

The texture of Amaranthus became a Cod roe (TARAKO in Japanese).


I added some organic vinegar, soy source, white miso paste and sesame oil for seasoning.

In the other oven I boiled organic onions with garlic and salt after I chopped them for a while.


I added organic cauliflower, carrot to the onions and mixed Amaranthus source together.

I boiled organic brown rice paste and I combined all of them.


It became delicious pasta source with Amaranthus and I wish that David loves it.

He is very interested in eating organic Amaranthus when he got it.

So I hope that he will enjoy the Amaranthus pasta like a Cod roe tonight.

Vege hamburger
Today I made a vege hamburger with organic potate for David's dinner after a while.

David really love potatoes and he loves the texture of sticky food.


I steamed organic potatoes and I baked organic onions after I chopped it with organic garlic.

And I mushed all of potatoes and mixed with onions together well.

I added a little organic miso paste & black pepper for seasoning.


I added organic corns and green pepper after I chopped for crispy texture for vege hamburger.

All of the mixture buns are little sloppy and I added organic corn starch a little to make it a nice shape.


I shaped the hamburger bans for oval shape and I put them in the oven and baked it well.

I put on my original hand-made TERIYAKI source on the top of the vege hamburger.


David really love my vege hamburger and he wanted to eat more and more.

And I am so happy to watch his happy face when he were eating them.

He ate so slowly them because he didn't want to finish eating vege hamburger.


I promised him that I will cook it again, and he became so happy to hear that.

Anyway to make his smile happy is my happiness and I really love to cook for him every single day.

I realized it today so much even so much even it is so much rain & wind weather today.

Edamame pasta
David likes to eat noodle pasta.

We got organic edamame noodle pasta at COSTCO before.

It is made from 100% organic EDAMAME beans without any ingredients.


And sometime he requests me to cook the EDAMAME pasta for dinner.

So I put on many kinds of organic vegetables to mix the EDAMAME pasta.


I put on some organic lime juice, vinegar, soy source, sesame oil and pepper for seasoning.

All mixture became nice noodle salad.


I don't decide the amount of vegetables and seasoning at all.

I always mix everything by my intuition and it became nice taste usually.


David likes my dishes usually and I love to watch his happy face when he eats my cooking dishes.

David says to me, "I love your meals!" and I am always glad to hear that.

I am so lucky wife that I can be with David as his wife anyway...^^

Deliciuos source
Yesterday, I made a nice source for David's dinner.

I used organic peanuts paste, white sesame paste, white miso and mustard to mix all together.


I put this source into organic baked vegetables and I put all of vegetables on organic brown rice.

It became nice taste for mixture of vegetable with source and David really loved it.


Just a little bit, I added organic hot chill pepper to add a spicy taste.

And all mixture became nice taste source and David ate all little by little.


This peanuts source can use of many kinds of seasoning for organic vegetables.

Sweet and sour taste are nice combination for us and we really love this source so much! ^^

Apple jam cake
Today I made apple jam cake for David's dessert.

I made apple jam yesterday already.


So I added some organic coconuts flakes to the apple jam.

And then I mixed orange peels which I made it before.

I added non-alminum baking powder and a little organic white miso & while sesame paste to the mixture.


I mixed all of them and I put them into baking container.

Then just I baked them in the oven for a while.

It became to smell good from the oven and it looked so nice.


I hope that David will love the apple jam cake for dessert.

I am very glad that all sour apples became nice cake with better apple taste anyway!^^.

Apple jam
Last week, David got some organic apples at his working office for free.

But the taste of apples are pretty sour and they are not good enough to eat raw.


I wanted to use these apples for sweets.

So I chopped all of these apples and put them into a pan.

I added a few organic dried dates which I chopped in advance.


And I added a little sea salt and baked them for a while.

Then all apples became soft and creamy jam.

The taste became better than before and the sweetness became richer.


I put some of jam into a small container of ice cube to freeze.

I want it to make an jam ice cube in the freezer for David.


The rest of the apple jam will be good for sweets tomorrow.

I am very happy that I could arrange sour apples into nice jam by myself today.

Bigegg plant
In David's holiday, David bought a big organic eggplant at a supermarket.

It was very big size and looks delicious.


So I used it for my cooking today to make a source for pasta.

It will be like a ratatouille taste.


I chopped organic garlic, onion, tomato, celery, eggplant, zucchini, carrot and mushroom into small dices.

And I baked all of them with organic brown miso together.


It became nice creamy source and I added organic diced potato and tempe because David loves them.

I will use organic brown rise fusilli for the pasta and the source will combine well together.


Today it was vey hot today so many summer vegetables will let David's body cool down by this meal.

David really loves pasta and organic vegetables and I love cooking for him every day.


The big eggplant remains still more than 2 third of all, so I will use it for another dish tomorrow, too.

I hope that David loves today's pasta with ratatouille source later...

Brown rice salad
Today it became hotter than before with blue sky & sunshine.

So I made "Brown rice salad" for David's dinner.It is very easy to eat like today's hot weather.


After chopped organic celery, tomato, Japanese radish and steamed onion, I mixed them all with vinegar.

I added organic lime juice and orange juice to seasoning and it can make the taste light with vinegar.

And I added a little soy source in it as a secret seasoning and mixed them well.


I pulled out some organic brown rice outside to cool down for a while.

And I mixed all vegetables and cool brown rice well together and I added organic parsley and sesame oil for topping.



This brown rice salad is very easy to make and it is nice mixture with organic vegetables and brown rice.

Vinegar taste can remove David's fatigue and it is good for his health.


David really loves this brown rice salad and I hope that he will enjoy it tonight, too.

Today he will be tired after working with hot weather so this brown rice salad will heal his body and mind, I hope...^^

Donburi
A few days ago, I made a nice source for Donburi (big rice ball).

I mixed organic soy source and grinded garlic and diced dates together.


And then I put all of the mixture into the oven and heated it up.

The sweetness and saltiness became a wonderful combination for source of rice.


I baked organic onion, beets, carrot and bell pepper in the oven for a white.

After I baked all of the organic vegetable, I mixed the source with hot vegetable to soak in the taste well.


And then, I put on organic brown rice in a Donburi (big rice ball) and decorate all of baked vegetable on it.

I put on some organic cilantro for topping and all of the mixture became a nice taste.


David really loved this Donburi taste so much and he enjoyed having it.

I am very happy to watch his happy smile and the nice source worked very well for this menu.^^
